Hi, I’m Jennifer, creator of The Peri Bar. Created to help women feel satisfied, supported, and less alone in the everyday moments no one really warned us about.

For years, I found myself standing in front of the pantry late in the afternoon, desperate for something that would help me feel full and satisfied.

Most days, I ended up grabbing carbs, sweets, or whatever was nearby just to make it to dinner.

I knew I didn’t want another generic protein bar.

I wanted something made for this phase of life — something that felt like a treat, but was thoughtfully created for women navigating perimenopause cravings, energy dips, and that “why does my body feel so different?” feeling.

That’s how The Peri Bar was born.
